With over twenty years working on college campuses, including twice serving as a Dean of Students, my qualifications for academic coaching and executive function training are rooted in deep institutional expertise. I hold an extensive background in higher education administration, which provides me with a rare, comprehensive understanding of the university ecosystem from the inside out. Throughout my career, I have worked one-on-one with thousands of young adults, helping them navigate all things both inside and outside the classroom. My work has consistently focused on guiding students through the pivotal transition into campus life, teaching them how to effectively self-advocate with professors, tackling time management, organization, task initiation, and successfully resolving student conduct or judicial challenges.

My approach to coaching is holistic and highly individualized, moving beyond traditional tutoring to focus on foundational habit-building and behavioral strategy. There's nothing I have not seen with this age group and in this space. Additionally, I integrate comprehensive career development into my sessions, equipping upperclassmen with practical tools for internship searches, targeted professional networking strategies, and practice interviewing. Whether working with a freshman struggling to adapt to college-level autonomy or a senior preparing for the job market, my coaching emphasizes building habits that will help now and for decades to come.

My holistic approach is uniquely equipped to meet the needs of any student, whether they are a neurodivergent freshman adapting to campus life or a senior preparing for the professional marketplace. By combining my deep institutional knowledge with professional coaching frameworks, I empower a wide spectrum of students to master executive functioning skills, build sustainable daily routines, and successfully claim ownership over their futures.

With over twenty years of leadership experience on college campuses, including serving twice as a Dean of Students, I provide highly specialized, one-on-one career coaching tailored to the unique needs of college students. My coaching goes beyond basic resume reviews and adds a heavy emphasis on networking (discovering, expanding and getting comfortable using). I also make you practice your professional conversations, which includes interview practice above all else. I will help build your confidence and cover every detail on how to search aggressively, maximize LinkedIn and set up multiple job alerts. By combining my deep knowledge of higher education with real-world professional development tactics, I empower undergraduate and graduate students to confidently bridge the gap between their academic milestones and their future career goals.
Executive Functioning

Executive Functioning

Drawing from over two decades of university leadership as a Dean of Students, I specialize in providing targeted executive functioning support to help college students young adults master all facets of college life. My coaching focuses on transforming overwhelming syllabus loads into manageable, daily action plans by teaching vital skills like task initiation, time management, and sustainable organizational routines. By moving away from rote subject tutoring, I partner with students one-on-one to build the critical self-advocacy and accountability habits necessary to overcome procrastination. Ultimately, my approach empowers students to confidently take ownership of both their heavy academic schedules and their personal independence. What I coach helps them now, and for decades to come.
