Hello! I'm Emma. I am a native Japanese speaker passionate about helping students discover the joy of communication. I completed a comprehensive one-year Japanese teacher training course, where I built a solid foundation in Japanese grammar, culture, and effective lesson planning. Based on this training, I focus on creating a supportive, customized learning environment where students feel confident speaking from day one.
Currently, I work as an active online Japanese tutor, managing and teaching lessons to multiple students. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of learners, particularly adults and young professionals. My lessons are tailored entirely to each individual’s unique goals and needs, whether you are starting from scratch with Hiragana, looking to improve conversational fluency, or studying for specific career or academic purposes.
In my lessons, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Drawing on my past background in wedding planning, I bring strong listening skills, deep empathy, and a talent for creating personalized proposals to my teaching. I design original learning materials for every student, incorporating practical everyday phrases and natural communication.
