I am a 24-year veteran educator with extensive experience teaching AP World History, AP European History, AP U.S. History, and AP Government & Politics, along with 15 years as a university lecturer. I am an IB Diploma Programme graduate, hold a Ph.D. in Political Science, I and am a Florida State Certified Professional Educator. At the university level, I also specialize in Political Science, International Relations, Comparative Politics, Political Theory, and Human Rights, helping students build strong analytical thinking, evidence-based argumentation, and academic writing skills.

As an AP World History Exam Reader, I help students understand not only what to study, but how AP exams are scored. I prepare students for SAQs, DBQs, LEQs, and FRQs, emphasizing clear thesis writing, effective use of evidence, document analysis, and time-management strategies that earn points efficiently. My teaching style is structured, supportive, and goal-oriented. I break down complex material into manageable steps, reinforce strong writing habits, and build confidence under time pressure. Many students know the content but struggle with organization or exam execution—this is where I consistently help them improve.

Each session is tailored to the student’s course, teacher expectations, and exam goals, whether aiming for a top AP score or steady improvement.
