Hello! My name is Hani. I am a current medical student set to graduate in April 2026, and I hold two bachelor's degrees: one in Public Health and another in Biological Sciences, which I completed Summa Cum Laude, 4.0 .My academic journey has provided me with a deep and current understanding of the sciences, from foundational chemistry and biology to advanced pathophysiology. Furthermore, I am an active researcher with over 60 peer-reviewed publications and presentations, which keeps my subject knowledge fresh, relevant, and applied. I have applied for residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery this cycle and have interviewed at over 15 programs across the country.

My tutoring experience spans several years and a wide range of ages and settings. This includes mentoring my 13-year-old sister and six nieces, guiding them through their schoolwork with patience and adaptability. I began as a volunteer tutor and site leader for a K-12 STEM outreach program, where I created and taught hands-on science lessons to elementary and middle school students. For instance, I helped middle schoolers grasp abstract chemistry concepts, like emergent properties, by using relatable analogies and simple experiments. I have also consistently mentored peers and students at all levels, from advising on college group project dynamics to guiding aspiring doctors through the medical school application process.

Overall, I have worked with learners from age 8 through adulthood, in both one-on-one and small group settings, covering subjects from elementary math and science to college-level biology and medical school curricula. My method is adaptable, patient, and focused on empowering each student with the confidence and skills to master their material. I am passionate about translating my own academic experience into clear, effective guidance for others, whether they are tackling a tough homework assignment or navigating important academic milestones.
