My favorite professors and mentors were always those who were engaging, explained concepts clearly, provided concrete examples, and offered constructive feedback. This is how I approach tutoring. I've tutored previously for introductory economics students and I've also been a volunteer for several years with Junior Achievement where we teach financial literacy in the classroom. During my time in the Big 4, I also had experience with teaching concepts, teaching how to perform the work, and providing constructive feedback to the staff on the teams I managed.
