I am a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology, where I earned a 3.872 GPA. Along the way, I developed strong academic skills in both the sciences and mathematics, scoring a 35 on the ACT, a 1490 on the SAT, and a 25 on the Dental Admission Test (DAT). These experiences not only strengthened my academic foundation, but also inspired me to share what I’ve learned by helping others succeed in their own studies.

Tutoring has been a natural part of my life for years. I’ve always enjoyed helping classmates, peers, and friends better understand difficult concepts. At UM, I was recruited to serve as a Biology Workshop Leader for two semesters because of my strong performance and leadership abilities. In this role, I designed and led weekly workshops for groups of 8–10 students, reinforcing lecture material and guiding them through problem-solving strategies. Beyond formal teaching, I have also spent significant time tutoring friends in math and science, supporting them in both coursework and exam preparation.
What motivates me most is seeing students build confidence as complex ideas start to “click.” I believe in breaking concepts down into simple, clear steps and adapting my approach to each student’s unique learning style. Whether it’s preparing for standardized tests or strengthening understanding in math and science, I bring patience, encouragement, and a genuine passion for teaching. I am excited to continue making learning approachable and rewarding for my students.
