I have studied extensively at premier Judaic educational institutions, including Talmudic University, Ner Israel Rabbinical College, and Toras Moshe in Jerusalem. My studies and training have been guided and certified by the heads of some of the top Talmudic schools in both the United States and Israel, and I hold letters of certification from these distinguished rabbinic authorities. In addition to my Judaic scholarship, I earned a Master’s degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University, giving me both the academic foundation and the pedagogical expertise to reach students at all levels. Over the past decade, I have high school students in a wide range of Judaic subjects, while also developing and directing a Biblical text–based program with medieval supercommentary such as Rashi. This program, which I designed and implemented, is now active in four schools across South Florida, where it continues to inspire students to engage deeply with Jewish texts.
My approach to tutoring is centered on passion, clarity, and creativity. I work to adapt to the needs of each student, whether they are preparing for a Bar Mitzvah, learning how to pray, studying Torah, or pursuing advanced Judaic studies such as the Talmud. I strive to make learning accessible and engaging by breaking down complex material into clear, meaningful steps and by providing the encouragement necessary to build both confidence and independence. With flexibility and sensitivity, I tailor my instruction to the learning style and goals of each individual student. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing students not only grow in their knowledge, but also develop a genuine excitement for learning that will continue to enrich their lives beyond the classroom.
