With a degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition and certifications like EXS, CES, CPT, ITF 1 & 2, and PTR, Coach David is deeply specialized. He’s done the research, mastered the movement, and developed a system to help you learn faster, move better, hit smarter, and get clear, productive results — no fluff, no confusion.
