Hi! I’m Anthony, a 4th-year medical student with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology from the University of Houston–Victoria. I’ve always had a strong interest in science, and over the years, I’ve developed a real passion for helping others understand it too, especially subjects like biology, anatomy, physiology, and psychology.
Back in college, I worked as a peer tutor for biology, and since then, I’ve helped students at different levels, from high school to college, and even those on pre-health tracks. As a medical student, I’ve also had the chance to work with and support other medical students in clinical settings and during their own studies. I know how overwhelming science courses can be, so I focus on breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable pieces. I also like using real-world clinical examples to make the material more engaging and easier to remember.
My goal is to help you truly understand what you're learning, not just memorize facts. I also work with students on how to study smarter and build stronger test-taking strategies. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming exam or just trying to get a better grasp on the material, I’ll tailor each session to fit your learning style and goals.
If you're looking for a science tutor who brings both academic and clinical experience and who’s committed to helping you succeed, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to work with you.
