During my college career, I was a teaching assistant for Physics I & II with Calculus, helping large numbers of students with physics and mathematical concepts. I typically assisted students to arrive at the answers on their own, while correcting them in their approach or methods. Most of the students I taught were between the ages of 18-27 as typical college students tend to be. Beyond this experience, and my own academic achievements, I do not have formal classroom teaching experience. However, at work I am the senior engineer of our office and constantly teach newer individuals. I believe I have the characteristics, and resume, to become successful as a tutor. Thanks for taking a look at my application.
