I am a General and electrical contractor specializing in small, medium and large commercial, industrial and high voltage electrical projects primarily for the federal government. I started out as an electrical apprentice and within 4 years, I had become an electrical estimator. I have 38 years of construction estimating experience with a heavy emphasis on electrical estimating for construction projects ranging from $250,000 to $40 million. There is a dramatic shortage of skilled estimators and project managers within the construction industry today. As such, there is an urgent and immediate need for estimators from the beginners level to the experience level at is very moment. If you have previous Construction experience, and if you have above average mathematical skills and communication skills, you possess the primary skills that you need to combine your practical construction experience and become a highly sought after construction estimator.
