I work well with kids, especially in the area of grammar. Being in the field of broadcasting, I make it a habit that grammar is corrected and can help your child work on it as well. I worked in a elementary school for 7 years both as a substitute teacher and a teacher's aide to help kids who were unsure of themselves. I have become a "cheerleader" to help kids become more confident in the field of grammar and also being a former athlete (football and track), I can also encourage kids in the field of sports.
