I received my bachelor's from the University of Notre Dame in Applied & Computational Mathematics & Statistics, and a 4.0 GPA in my master's from the University of Michigan in Industrial & Operations Engineering. I have multiple years of experience tutoring Python, R, all levels of statistics from introductory high school to the collegiate level, and calculus courses. Having received a perfect score of 800 on the SAT math portion and passed the AP Statistics and Calculus A/B exams, I am enthusiastic to help high school students excel in their current coursework and in their standardized test prep. I also help with college applications and essays! Having received my own tutor for the application process, I have a passion to pay it forward with helping students in one of the most exciting times of their lives!

For the collegiate level and beyond, I have experience tutoring master's level students in programming and statistics. I also have assisted working professionals in projects they are undertaking in their jobs. Hoping to help you get as much as possible out of our work together, I have experience meeting people at any dynamic and level, whether it be the traditional tutoring of students in coursework or helping working professionals up to the management level acquire new workplace skills.

Algebra 1

Algebra 1

As a mathematics major for my undergraduate degree and an engineer both in my career and master's degree, I have a burning passion for math. Algebra is the core of all mathematics, so being able to learn it in a solidifying, rewarding and exciting way opens a ton of doors for a scholar's future. Algebra is also the foundation of the math portions of standardized tests, and I received a perfect score on the SAT, ACT and GRE math sections. So, I have a strong passion to spread my excitement for algebra to the next generation of upper level scholars!
Algebra 2

College Counseling

College Counseling

I have a strong passion for helping people in the college application process, as it is one of the most exciting times of their lives! In my undergraduate college application process, I received a full-ride merit-based scholarship to the University of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan, and 2 full-ride ROTC scholarships. In my graduate application process, I got accepted into every program I applied for and received a 50% merit-based scholarship to the #2 ranked program in my field in the nation.
Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel

As an engineer focused on modeling & computer simulations, I use Microsoft Excel anywhere from a couple to 10 hours per day, every day. From the basic functions to writing macros to automate calculations and generating files, I have experience with nearly every Excel tool. Contrary to popular belief, it can be fun!
Prealgebra

Precalculus

Precalculus

As an Applied & Computational Mathematics & Statistics undergraduate major, I built upon my precalculus course several times, going up to the equivalent of calculus 5. I have brought my passion for mathematics and precalculus with me through my master's degree in engineering and my career as an engineer, believing that a strong foundation in precalculus sets up a world of growth for the future.
Probability

Probability

As a statistics major in my undergraduate degree, I took multiple probability courses and received all A's. I also continued studying probability into my master's degree, which was heavily focused on probability and statistics in engineering. Now, I use probability techniques weekly in my career as an engineer.
Python

Python

As a tech engineer, I use Python almost daily to build complex models and simulations of large systems. My work builds upon the countless courses I took in Python through the master's level in which I earned all A's. These courses focused on data science, machine learning, statistical modeling and regression, simulation design, and engineering applications. Therefore, I have 5 years of experience with Python, most recently deploying that knowledge to a data science position at IBM and a simulation engineering position at another Fortune 100 company.
SAT Math

SAT Math

Having received a perfect score of 800 on the SAT Math portion in high school, I continued studying math throughout the rest of my school career. I received a math undergraduate degree and engineering master's degree, so I have a strong passion for the subject. Plus, I strive to make SAT prep as exciting of a time as possible, rather than a high-stress do or die feel so that students feel comfortable to learn as much as possible.
Statistics

Statistics

As an undergraduate major in Applied & Computational Mathematics & Statistics, I have taken and received all A's in statistics courses from the undergraduate to the graduate level. From general statistics and probability to master's level statistics in engineering and data science, my experience covers a wide range of focuses in statistics. I also passed the AP Statistics exam with a score of 5 in high school, and now use statistics weekly in my career as an engineer.
Tennis

Tennis

Coaching tennis for ages 4-16 years old for four straight years, I love improving the passion and skills of beginner and intermediate players. I have plenty of experience in both group lessons and privates, and I adore working with players to advance their passion wherever they're at in their career. I received personal coaching for my entire life, played on the club team at Notre Dame, and placed top 4 in the state championships all 4 years of high school.
