I passed my NMLS exams on my first attempt, not so much because I knew the material; but more so because I understood the underlying concepts and applied effective exam-taking techniques. I have earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Economics (with honors) and have worked in the field of Real Estate for six (6) years and in the mortgage industry since 2018. I also have over a decade of experience working in the field of finance in Operations Management. In my managerial roles, I have effectively trained team members - helping them better understand their roles and effectively apply learned skills and knowledge on the job. That experience has helped shape my Tutoring career even though teaching/coaching/tutoring is one of my natural talents.
