I help adults learn to use AI for writing, planning, research and personal projects. If you have tried an AI tool but are unsure how to ask a useful question or whether to trust the answer, we can work through those questions together.
I have a physics degree and a background in teaching and patent analysis. I also build AI tools for practical tasks. My teaching approach is to connect the steps you are taking with the reasons behind them, so you can understand the process and try it yourself. My background in math and physics shapes how I explain ideas and check evidence.
We begin with your experience level and a task you would like to learn. We might practise turning a vague request into a clear question, improving a draft, organizing a plan or comparing an AI summary with its original source. You try the steps yourself, discuss what the tool got wrong and practise revising your approach. I provide example prompts and written notes for continued practice.
You do not need to know how to code to begin. Lessons are available online, and we choose tools around your goals and access. For workplace tasks, bring public or permitted examples that comply with your employer's rules. We agree on lesson length, preparation and any follow-up before scheduling. The sessions focus on teaching you to use the tools yourself.
