My primary job is as the Corporate Secretary for a privately-owned development company. While I’m not an attorney, I write highly technical, formal and “legal” compositions on a regular basis. I also write short stories, poetry. For clarity and in the interest of both students and my time, I need to say I’m not well-versed in technical aspects of sentence diagramming, identifying and defining parts of writing like subordinating conjunctions, etc. My preferred role is to assist those looking to improve their speaking/conversational skills and writing composition, improving their English as a second language, and proofreading material for grammar problems and style suggestions.
