I am a first year psychiatry resident physician. I completed a bachelors and masters in biomedical engineering from Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York. In 2017, I moved to Woburn Massachusetts, where I worked for three years as a researcher in the biotech industry. In 2020 I moved to Florida, where I started medical school in the middle of a global pandemic. I graduated in 2024 and currently working as a first year psychiatry resident physician in Florida.
I enjoy the process of educating and learning together. I used to enjoy explaining things to my friends since as early as kindergarten. In high school, I was a private tutor for mathematics, chemistry, and physics. My students were able to improve their grasp on fundamental concepts, which facilitated learning more challenging topics. I’m a firm believer that every learner is different so I value personalizing teaching methods for each student. I n college I served as a teaching assistant for organic chemistry and general chemistry. Currently I work closely with third and fourth year medical students who are on their psychiatry or medicine rotations. Even to this day, I realized that I continue to enjoy the process of learning, teaching, and educating.
I’ll be tutoring virtually over zoom and will be available primarily between 6 PM to 10 PM EST on weekdays and 12 to 8 PM EST on weekends.
