I have been teaching and tutoring for over 36 years. I started tutoring at age 16. I was attending Hebrew school and was asked to become a tutor. I started tutoring and loved it. I decided to become a Hebrew school and Judaics teacher at that time. I taught Hebrew school for over 15 years. I then became an Assistant Director of a preschool. I enjoyed the opportunity of being an Administrator, but realized that I preferred working with the children directly. I have since been teaching and tutoring and love watching the children grow and progress in their learning.
I am kind, patient, calm and understanding. I know that Hebrew is a very difficult language to learn. I try to employ various techniques to not only help the kids learn, but make learning fun for them. I have been teaching Hebrew for over 36 years and know how difficult it can be to learn.
I have a very good understanding of how the English language works. I am a native English speaker, and have always done extremely well in English classes. I am very good at reading and vocabulary.
