I have over 10 years of teaching experience in higher education and currently work as a university instructor in both online and in-person settings. I have taught undergraduate and graduate students from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. In my work, I support learners in three main areas: understanding communication styles, particularly in intercultural contexts; improving academic writing, including structure, clarity, and argument development; and developing a clear understanding of business concepts.
Through my teaching and research, I have observed that many individuals understand business concepts but struggle to communicate their ideas clearly, especially when working across cultures. These challenges can impact collaboration, trust, and overall success in academic and professional environments. My role is to help learners not only understand the material, but also express their ideas effectively and adapt their communication to different contexts.
My approach is practical and student-centered. I adapt each session to the learner’s goals, whether that involves working through a business concept, improving a paper, or preparing for a presentation. I provide structured guidance, clear explanations, and targeted feedback to help learners make progress and feel more confident in their work.
