I hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Chemistry and graduated as the Distinguished Graduate of my class with a 4.0 GPA. Most of my tutoring experience has been with middle school and college students, though I feel comfortable working with learners of all ages. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into understandable steps and tailoring my approach to each student’s learning style and pace.
I also have experience with sewing machines, sergers, and coverstitch machines. Most of my expertise is in basic sewing and garment construction. I have made hundreds of garments over the years with a particular knowledge in children’s clothing.
My goal as a tutor is to make learning approachable, engaging, and rewarding. I believe that anyone can master challenging material with the right explanation and encouragement, and I strive to foster both understanding and confidence in every student I work with.
