Hi, I’m Christoph—a rocket scientist with a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University, currently working at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Yes, I really am a rocket scientist—but don’t worry, I make math, physics, and engineering concepts far less intimidating than launching spacecraft.

For the past 18 years, I’ve mentored high school students through the FIRST Robotics Competition, helping them tackle everything from physics and calculus homework to hands-on engineering challenges. I specialize in guiding students through the fundamentals of mechanical engineering, control systems, and applied math—often using real-world robotics problems to make abstract concepts come alive. My teaching style is patient, practical, and tailored to each student’s pace. Whether we’re breaking down torque equations or visualizing vector fields, I aim to build both understanding and confidence.
I also taught German for two years at Purdue University, working with undergraduate students on grammar, pronunciation, and conversational fluency. As a native speaker, I enjoy helping learners move beyond textbook phrases to real, expressive language.
