My name is Baylor, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Bioengineering, which has further deepened my understanding of both engineering and life sciences. In addition to my academic background, I have successfully passed the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE) and the Principles and Practices of Engineering Electrical and Computer: Electronics, Communications, and Controls Exam (PE).

My tutoring experience spans two years, during which I have worked primarily with college students in a one-on-one setting, helping them navigate challenging electrical engineering coursework. I have found that adapting my approach to each student’s individual learning style—whether through step-by-step problem solving, conceptual discussions, or practical examples—leads to the greatest improvements in comprehension and academic performance. My areas of expertise include mathematics (from Algebra through Differential Equations), a wide range of sciences (including chemistry, physics, biology, and anatomy and physiology), and core electrical engineering topics such as circuit analysis, control systems, communications, and microelectronics.

Having benefited from tutoring myself, I understand firsthand how personalized support can boost confidence, enhance understanding, and lay the groundwork for long-term academic success. I am passionate about helping students reach their goals by making complex topics accessible and engaging, and I am committed to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
