I have a BFA and a BS, a teaching license, and a Masters in Education. In addition I am a certified teacher of grades K-12 and have more than two decades of experience as a college professor. Upon retiring from teaching college I became an indie publisher. My first book is a novel that won an international writing award and my second book won a position as one of the Top 100 Indie Published books of 2016. Since then I have been named one of the Top 50 Writers You Should Be Reading two years in a row by the Author's Show. My most recent book won International Best-selling status on Amazon!

I specialize in helping you to improve cognizance in reading and inspire creativity and expression in your communication and writing. I currently teach for an online school where I am the Dean of two departments and the Dean of Faculty. In addition I am a volunteer mentor for my local Toastmasters club in public speaking and coach speakers on how to craft engaging and memorable presentations.

I easily assess the needs of my students and keep them engaged while instilling a desire to improve their skills. Your progress and joy in learning are my top priorities. For six years I was a tour leader in Peru and Europe. I am currently a consultant and talk with clients for my work. I love showing people how to gain confidence and achieve success with presentation skills. As a trainer I show corporate groups how to grow their communication skills which increases trust and productivity of their employees and creates harmony in the workplace. I show you how to gain excellence and confidence in your public speaking—these are techniques I wish I had been told when I started out. It is my passion to show you the wisdom of Yoga and the power of Meditation. I began meditating at the age of six and received my first teaching certification in 1977. I have been an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher ERYT 500-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance since 2008 and received my Master's Degree in the education of Yoga from the Hindu University of America in 2012. Over the years I have received teaching certifications from five different schools of yoga including two lineages and have clocked over 13,000 teaching hours. I am currently researching, writing, and publishing books on the topic of meditation towards a PhD with Yoga-Samskrutham University.
