I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nilani B.! I came to her while preparing for my PTCB certification exam feeling extremely nervous and unsure of myself, especially when it came to certain areas of the exam. Nilani was patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping me succeed. She didn’t just give me information to memorize, she helped me understand the material, recognize my weaker areas, and become more confident in what I already knew. Her study notes, explanations, and guidance helped me focus on what was most important instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything I thought I needed to know. One thing I appreciated most was how much she helped calm my nerves. Test anxiety was a huge challenge for me, and having a tutor who believed in my preparation while still pushing me to improve made such a difference. Nilani is an amazing teacher, I would recommend her to everyone and anyone. Before tutoring with her I was a mess and felt zero confidence in passing the PTCB even after I had finished my pharmacy tech training class, but with her help I passed on my first try. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help you with any questions you may have. I was completely lost on where to start studying and overwhelmed but she broke down all the categories and helped me so much especially with the top 200. Nilani was a great teacher! I took the ptcb exam twice and failed both times. And then I spent 5 hours learning from Nilani and passed the test on my third attempt. My tutor's name was Nilani. I graduated from my pharmacy technician program in December 2024 and took my first PTCB exam that same month and did not pass. With that said I took a step back and rescheduled for my second attempt in January of this year and also did not pass. I was completely down and wasn't sure what I was missing to not pass on this second attempt. I did more and more study and reading non-stop, But then I went online and found that your company offered tutoring for the PTCB exam. I looked through many reviews and found Nilani's profile and read some many amazing things about her. So, I reached out to her, and she got back to me very quickly and we scheduled my first lesson in February of this year. I completed about 7 lessons with her, and each one was amazing. She was so kind to me and really cared about my story and was willing to help in any way. So, each lesson I grew more and more comfortable with the information I needed to understand better and set up me to pass the PTCB exam on my tried attempt. She provided me with the knowledge I believe I might have been overlooking or not looking into enough. So, I just took my third attempt for the PTCB exam In April and PASSED!!!!. I was so happy I cried while leaving the test center. I also emailed my wonderful tutor Nilani and couldn't type fast enough, Because I wanted her to know that I passed and it was because of her knowledge and my dedication.
