My tutor's name was Nilani. I graduated from my pharmacy technician program in December 2024 and took my first PTCB exam that same month and did not pass. With that said I took a step back and rescheduled for my second attempt in January of this year and also did not pass. I was completely down and wasn't sure what I was missing to not pass on this second attempt. I did more and more study and reading non-stop, But then I went online and found that your company offered tutoring for the PTCB exam. I looked through many reviews and found Nilani's profile and read some many amazing things about her. So, I reached out to her, and she got back to me very quickly and we scheduled my first lesson in February of this year. I completed about 7 lessons with her, and each one was amazing. She was so kind to me and really cared about my story and was willing to help in any way. So, each lesson I grew more and more comfortable with the information I needed to understand better and set up me to pass the PTCB exam on my tried attempt. She provided me with the knowledge I believe I might have been overlooking or not looking into enough. So, I just took my third attempt for the PTCB exam In April and PASSED!!!!. I was so happy I cried while leaving the test center. I also emailed my wonderful tutor Nilani and couldn't type fast enough, Because I wanted her to know that I passed and it was because of her knowledge and my dedication.
