I am a Fitness Enthusiast, with a love of helping people. I love to teach and guide people to live a healthy fitness oriented lifestyle. I am currently finishing my Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology at Keiser University. I am a veteran, previously in the U.S. Navy.
