I was born and raised in a Spanish-speaking household in Puerto Rico and hold a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. This background gives me a unique perspective: I understand both the rigors of academic study and the practical challenges of mastering a second language. I have worked extensively with high school and college students—including dual-enrollment and nontraditional adult learners—and I tailor each session to the individual’s specific goals and learning style.
