Across those 25 years, I've worked directly in outpatient billing and auditing, applying the ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS Level II code sets across thousands of real cases and reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance. Teaching adults has been part of that work throughout. I designed and led billing trainings for various departments, and I provided one-on-one instruction for new employees who needed extra support, meeting each person at their level and building their skills step by step.
