I love helping students build confidence and develop the 7 Survival Skills [including agility, initiative and critical thinking], especially students who struggle in traditional settings.
The key is to “Stand and Deliver” … we get there by finding out how to connect the math or the science or the history to our everyday lives. Richard Feynman, Maria Montessori and Dennis Littky are my mentors. Each of them have lessons about how to make learning fun for the learner and the teacher.
