As a neuro/stroke bedside nurse (from medsurg to ICU), I've learned a passion for teaching new nurses. I take any opportunity to teach new nurses, patient care techs, coworkers in school, and even my patients and families. I find satisfaction when someone has that moment when everything clicks or realizes something they've struggled to understand. I am also currently a nursing tutor through another platform but wanted to branch out more. I tutor primarily adults in one on one sessions but open to small groups. I am flexible with scheduling and have had students anywhere from 3-14 weeks.
