I am a nursing professor with over five years of experience teaching CNA, LPN, and RN students in both classroom and clinical settings. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and am currently completing my master’s degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), which has broadened my knowledge in mental health nursing and advanced clinical care. My background allows me to guide students through complex nursing concepts, including pharmacology, pathophysiology, and psychiatric nursing, in a practical and easy-to-understand way.

Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students at different levels of nursing education, from CNA students learning foundational patient care skills to RN students tackling advanced concepts and clinical reasoning. I use a personalized approach to tutoring, assessing each student’s strengths and areas for improvement, and adapting lessons to fit their learning style. My methods include step-by-step explanations, real-world clinical examples, and interactive exercises that help students understand the material deeply rather than just memorize it.

I have tutored students one-on-one, led group review sessions, and mentored students through clinical rotations, helping them succeed in exams and real-world nursing scenarios. My goal as a tutor is to create a supportive and structured learning environment that empowers students to excel academically and professionally while gaining confidence in their nursing knowledge and skills.
