Bio

I am a certified MFA Visual Arts Educator and Graphic Designer who has the eye for both beauty and functionality. I have experimented and taught all mediums of art: drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, and graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). I can teach it and enhance the student's strengths and skills. I can also help with university-level portfolio preparation.

  • Rate details: All online classes: 2 students or more; to up to groups of 5, $40 per student per hourly rate. Graphic design students must have their own laptop with the necessary Adobe package installed.

After many years of practicing and working with it, I now teach Illustrator I &II, and feel very proficient to explain it and have the student learn and assimilate the information for the future. I teach informally, I am very patient, and can take any beginner to a higher level.
