I am a private educator and founder of Wild Rose Academic Services, where I provide personalized academic support for elementary and middle school students in math, reading, and writing. My work focuses on helping students build strong foundational skills while also developing confidence, independence, and critical thinking.
I have experience working with students across a range of learning needs, including those who require foundational support as well as advanced learners who are not being challenged in traditional classroom settings. I regularly work with homeschool and hybrid education families, and I design individualized learning plans based on each student’s current level, goals, and learning style.
My approach combines structured academic instruction with a Montessori-inspired, mastery-based framework aligned with Florida B.E.S.T. standards. I focus on helping students understand concepts at a deeper level rather than relying on memorization, so they can apply what they learn independently. Sessions are calm, focused, and tailored to each student to ensure meaningful progress.
In addition to direct tutoring, I also support families with curriculum guidance, study strategies, and academic planning when needed.
