My methods vary depending on the student. I love feedback and communication between me and my students. I like to check in to see what is and isn't working so that I can find a way for them to understand or just practice the material we are focusing on. I bring real world examples so that I can paint a picture that is easily digestible especially for difficult topics. I want the students to be comfortable and know that they are improving, so I am happy to check out any resources that the student may ask for or need.
