I am a dedicated special needs educator, executive function specialist, and certified life/job readiness coach with a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration—both earned with high honors from South University. With a strong foundation in both education and business, I bring a unique, real-world perspective to teaching and coaching neurodiverse learners.
As a Florida-certified Exceptional Student Education (ESE) teacher and a certified life coach for individuals with special needs (TERI), I specialize in supporting students with IEPs and learning differences. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with empathy and structure, focusing on executive functioning, adaptive learning, social-emotional growth, and career readiness.
Currently, I serve as an approved provider for Step Up For Students and a contractor with Carolina Kids Co-op, delivering personalized academic instruction and life skills coaching to students both in traditional and homeschool settings. My teaching experience includes STEM instruction in public schools with high populations of IEP students, where I integrated project-based learning with behavior management and sensory-friendly methods.
I am trained in Kagan Cooperative Learning, The Son-Rise Program, sensory integration techniques, and positive behavior support strategies—tools I use to help students gain confidence, independence, and success in both academic and everyday life.
Driven by a deep passion for advocacy and inclusion, I work closely with families to ensure each learner is seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
