I’m currently a senior at the University of Florida pursuing two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Information Systems and an undergraduate certificate in AI Fundamentals and Applications. Since high school, I have been deeply interested in mathematics. Throughout college, I have realized how much I enjoy breaking down mathematical concepts to students in a simple way. I’m currently a senior at the University of Florida pursuing two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Information Systems and an undergraduate certificate in AI Fundamentals and Applications. Since high school, I have been deeply interested in mathematics. Throughout college, I have realized how much I enjoy breaking down mathematical concepts to students in a simple way. My goal is to make my students feel good about math and help them gain confidence in their math skills. With my help, you can get an A in your math class!

I conduct my tutoring sessions through Zoom. I share my screen with the student, and we go over the material and do practice problems together. While doing this, I break down the concepts in the problem step-by-step. I am very patient, and I will gladly explain a concept in detail to make sure it makes sense to the student. I encourage active participation from the student in order to provide a supportive learning environment. My goal is to help my students gain confidence in their math abilities. I am excited to work with you to achieve your academic goals!

I am eternally grateful to Hristina. She is highly intuitive in her teaching approach, very well prepared for each lesson, and the results are clear. My son was transferred from remedial geometry with a C to geometry honors, three weeks into the school year. John is now excelling in Geometry Honors earning B+ on the last two quarters. This is a clear result, of Hristina’s ability to teach Mathematics to a student who was not interested and is now engaged with his lessons. What makes Hristina a good tutor would be how in depth she goes with each problem and if you need extra help she will gladly go back so you can understand the material.

Hristina taught me very well, she helped me understand the material I was having trouble with which I really appreciated.
