I provided tutorial services for Hillsborough County Public Schools- Academy for Success, Academic Excellence, and NESI when it served Hillsborough County.

I was selected as a Performance Pay teacher, Peer Teacher Mentor, and was considered a specialist in the field of Autism. I am fluent in Spanish as well as English and have experience teaching children that have learned English as a second language. I was trained by the Center for Autistic Related Disabilities at the University of South Florida and earned graduate school credits towards my Master’s Degree.

I continue to work with students privately as an independent contractor. I also tutor students across grade levels in Reading, Math, and Writing. I have been tutoring throughout my career as an educator and find it to be rewarding and relaxing.

My hubby and I are proud parents of six wonderful kids. I enjoy teaching and tutoring gives me the best of both worlds. This flexible schedule allows me the ability to follow my passion without neglecting the needs of my family. In regards to payments. I do not accept payments federally or government funded scholarship programs but I am willing to work with families on a 1:1 basis regarding rates.

Bible Studies

Bible Studies

In the State of Florida there are multiple choices for families that choose to home educate their children and often times the use of certain curriculum requires the use of the Bible as a text. As an evaluator for Hillsborough County I was able to help students that were transitioning from public education to various homeschool curriculums. It was during this time that I was introduced to biblical studies and I am able to help students study the Bible through these curriculums. If your child or student is using Christian homeschooling curriculum I can help.
