Hello! My name is Leah, and I am a graduate from the University of Florida with a major in nutritional sciences. I have always had a strong passion for working with students and helping to address individual needs through tutoring. 

Throughout the entirety of high school, I was involved in a non-profit organization that provided private tutoring for middle and high school students. I worked one-on-one with students aged 6-17, specifically in Math, Reading, and Science. Through this experience, I was able to discover methods that I can use to engage, teach, and excite students about their studies. I have also held numerous paid tutoring positions that ranged in all subjects of Math from Pre-Algebra to Statistics. 

My goal as a tutor is to support and encourage the students that I work with, and I am open to feedback to make the most of each lesson. I am punctual, flexible, and will always come to each tutoring session prepared.
