I believe that every student needs to be dealt with differently and the teacher must plan the subject matter keeping their specific needs in mind. I maintain subject matter that is current and up-to-date at all times. I use a variety of teaching methodologies including inquiry, cooperative learning, problem-based learning, concept mapping, simulation, debates, and other active learning strategies rather than relying on lectures.
My strengths are, disciplined, prepared, friendly with new technology, friendly with students, a good environment creator, and motivator.
