I am a 24 year old senior at the University of Florida with a major in English and a Pre-Law concentration. I was born and raised in New York but moved to Florida roughly 5 years ago. I have helped many students while I was in high school and college develop or further strengthen their writing, reading, and analytical abilities. I have found that if a student understands the material and understands how to structure and organize a proper paper, they can apply these skills to any classroom setting. I find it incredibly gratifying to be able to help students break down barriers and see them develop the skills needed to tackle any essay or research paper!

I completed and scored well on my AP English exams in high school and I have taken many literature and writing classes thus far. Throughout my academic years, I have written multiple short stories that have been used by professors as teaching aids in their curriculums. My expertise lies in editing, grammar, punctuation, organization, structure, and writing in an active manner. I have a great deal of knowledge in literature, fiction and non-fiction, as well as documents such as memos, briefs, and other technical forms of writing. I am able to help students thoroughly understand the material they are asked to analyze and walk them through how to write a well-structured and organized essay based on their understanding of the text.

With my knowledge and teaching abilities, I am able to help you work through any problems you find arise in an English literature or writing class. I am well-versed on multiple different strategies of helping a student regardless of what is causing him/her to struggle.
