I am currently a biology major on the pre-pharmacy track, with a strong academic foundation in both science and mathematics. Alongside my studies, I have extensive tutoring experience in math through organizations such as Mathnasium and The Princeton Review, as well as private one-on-one tutoring.
Through Mathnasium, I worked with students of various ages, primarily in K–12, helping them build strong foundational math skills and improve their confidence. My role involved breaking down complex problems into simple, understandable steps and adapting explanations to each student’s learning pace. At The Princeton Review, I further developed my ability to support students in more structured and results-driven environments, focusing on problem-solving strategies, test preparation, and time management skills.
In addition to these roles, I have provided private tutoring in one-on-one settings, where I tailor each session to the individual student’s needs and goals. My teaching approach emphasizes conceptual understanding over memorization, using step-by-step guidance, practice problems, and real-world examples to reinforce learning.
I have experience working with students ranging from elementary school through early college levels, both in structured learning centers and personalized tutoring environments. Overall, my goal is to help students build confidence, improve performance, and develop long-term academic skills that extend beyond the classroom.
