Hello! I'm Connor! I graduated with a bachelor's degree in materials engineering and sciences at the University of Florida. I am currently enrolled in UF's graduate program for the materials engineering field. Being an engineering student for so long, I have firsthand experience on how intimidating math and science classes can be. I always make sure to incorporate this into my tutoring and aim to bring these daunting classes down to earth. I utilize lesson plans which focus on comfortable but in-depth understanding. After each lesson I make sure to give each student time to properly ask questions and practice.
I have a lot of tutoring experience as I tutored algebra during my high school years, as well as helping out my peers in our calculus and physics classes. The week before each exam in my physics class I would always provide a review session for the other students, making sure that everyone, including myself, were on the same page and prepared for the test.
I am excited to help out the students I work with in any way I can and I'm flexible to any requests or accommodations. I am easy to reach and will reply quickly. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a lesson!
