Courtney is very patient. She encourages me. She explains the complex and makes the complex easier teaching me how to remember different verb endings. She has me work through exercises & quizzes and this helps me understand and it cements the the lessons in my mind. She encourages me to speak Spanish and gently corrects me which helps me learn. She lets me ask questions and patiently answers my many questions. i really like her. I only wish that i could spend more time learning but i am learning with the time that I can spend with her. She is a natural born teacher. I am starting to speak some Spanish with my employees. They love it and they help me. I don't think it is possible to learn another language without speaking it, making mistakes and learning from the mistakes.

Because she has, in abundance, ALL of the characteristics that a language teacher should have; i.e., she is non-critical of my stupidity, knows her subject extremely well, speaks beautiful French, is very pleasant, understanding and effective. Seriously, she has the ability to teach French, without being the ogre that my French teachers were in high school. Hooray for the good guys!!!
