Bob specializes in the design and delivery of customized tutoring, especially in pre-college SAT/ACT test-prep. He creates training curricula around each individual's specific needs, with the primary goal of maximizing achievement by his students. Bob is an expert tutor in math, science, literacy, reading, writing, finance, accounting, engineering, and grammar. Bob's entire career has been in teaching, first at IBM's Advanced Business Institute (as an Executive Trainer/Consultant) and, for the past 15 years, in ACT/SAT test-prep (as an independent tutor, both F2F and online). Bob's academic credentials include undergraduate engineering at West Point and both undergraduate and MBA degrees at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). Bob's greatest achievements come from seeing the "lights come on" with his students, when they intellectually see the value in trying something new and then adopt that change into their behaviors....because the most significant test-score improvment comes from learning new content and then embedding that learning into new techniques, simultanoeusly enhancing accuracy and speed!
