While an Instructor at Miami Dade College/Interpreter Training Program and more than 25 years later, I continue fulltime interpreting in a hosptial settings while also being involved locally in many deafness related organizations, as well as the local chapter of The Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf.
Presently, I look to impart my skills, experience and passion in Deafness and American SignLanguage to those individuals looking to open a new world of communication, to those interested in learning about this fascinating language, and/or enhance and improve present skills to the level necessary of fulfillness.
I have Experience teaching/training/testing prospective Interpeters, tutoring/teaching students from elementary through college level. I am a RID Certified Interpreter.
I look forward to the experience of encouraging and enhancing those interested in American Sign Language.
