I have an extensive educational background in History with MA's from two of the finest academic institutions in the world, New York University and the University of London. I also have done extensive historic studies at the University of South Carolina and Cambridge University, England. I believe I am totally qualified to offer a quality and insightful course as a tutor on any High School level History course.
I am a strong believer in establishing a close personal relationship with my students. I always try to be encouraging and supportive when I explain the historical material and I also try and get the students to offer their interpretations and analysis when they respond to the issues. I believe the establishment of a trusting relationship based on mutual respect and understanding is the best way to produce positive results.
