About SANTOSH

I have privately tutored for about 20 years. I like to create a partnership environment for tutoring. I have a passion for changing lives through tutoring. My goal is to help you succeed. My strengths are math classes for grade school, high school. I can tutor for Calculus, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry and Intro to Probability, Intro to Statistics and Accounting 1 and Accounting 2.

My style is adaptive to the student. I first work with the student to see how the student likes to learn and figure out how to maximize the learning process. I do not like to tutor the same way for all students because one size does not fit all.

My main area of coverage is the Cooper City Area. I can meet at the local library, your home, or other public location.

I have a degree from the following colleges:
Fordham University - Bachelor's in Math and Economics with a minor in Philosophy
Kaplan University - Bachelor's in Accounting
Nova Southeastern University- Masters in Accounting

I also have passed Florida State 6-12 Teacher exam.

I had an approved background check with a service that tutors students in the Broward School System in 2009. If you would like to run another background check, I have my approval on file.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I have my degree in Mathematics and Economics. The material for Discrete Math is covered in my Bachelors program since I have taken various math subjects.
