Hello! I am a Neuroscience major, college athlete, and experienced tutor with a strong passion for education and the sciences. These achievements reflect my commitment to academic excellence, discipline, and effective time management, all of which I bring into every tutoring session.
In addition to my academic background, I am a lab assistant for Anatomy and Physiology, where I support hands-on learning and help students strengthen their understanding of complex material. I also work as a Nursing Assistant and Hospice Aide, experiences that have enhanced my ability to teach with patience, empathy, and clear communication.
I specialize in tutoring Physics, Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, and Elementary Education, and I truly enjoy teaching science at all levels, from elementary foundations to advanced college coursework. My teaching approach is student-centered and personalized. I assess each student’s strengths, learning style, and goals, then tailor lessons to meet their individual needs. I focus on simplifying complex concepts, building confidence, and reinforcing understanding through guided practice and real-world examples.
