I enjoy helping students discover confidence in their abilities and develop a genuine interest in learning, especially in subjects that can seem challenging at first like Spanish and Algebra 1.
I have experience working one-on-one with middle and high school students, helping them strengthen their Spanish grammar, pronunciation, and conversational fluency, as well as their understanding of Algebra 1 concepts such as equations, graphing, and problem-solving. I focus on making each session interactive and encouraging, using real-world examples, visuals, and repetition to make complex topics easier to understand.
My approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student’s learning style. Whether we’re practicing Spanish conversation or working through algebraic expressions, I aim to create an environment where students feel confident asking questions and motivated to improve. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically but also to inspire them to enjoy the learning process and carry that confidence into other areas of their lives.
