Hey there! I'm Gabriela B, currently pursuing a master's degree in animation and special effects at the University of Central Florida. I'm also a self-taught artist with a decade of professional experience, creating art across various mediums in both traditional and digital formats.

I've worked with a ton of digital tools like Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, and Blender. My love for art drives me to teach my students the basics of exploring new media, along with tips to build their confidence in using them. Plus, I'm ready to help beginners with no art experience start crafting environments, props, and characters for the animation industry or illustration.

Before diving into my master's at UCF, I earned my bachelor's degree in animation and visual effects from Florida International University. At FIU, I learned how to create my own animations, build 3D models, draw realistic figures, and use art to express messages and emotions through colors and various mediums.

For over 16 years, I've been part of my church's folklore dance group, performing at numerous churches and festivals across the United States. For the past five years, I've also been teaching middle and high school students both new and traditional dances, inspiring a new generation of dancers. While teaching, I emphasize the importance of timing, acting in dances, and teamwork during performances. Additionally, I've created various artworks for charity and events for my local church, including paintings and logo designs.

When I'm not busy making art, I enjoy sewing and creating needlework pieces for clothing and other items. I have several years of experience in embroidery, using it to mend rips and tears in clothes.
